What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible
Verolyn Labs is the controller of personal data collected through verolynlabs.com. Contact details are at the end of this page.
2. What we collect

We never receive or store full card numbers. Payment details are captured directly by our payment processor and are not transmitted through our servers.
3. Why we collect it
- To perform our contract with you — processing and dispatching orders, handling returns, providing support.
- To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records, export documentation, and records supporting purchaser qualification.
- For our legitimate interests — preventing fraudulent orders, securing the site, and understanding which pages are useful.
- With your consent — sending updates when a new certificate of analysis is published, where you have asked for that.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with processors acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering the contents of your cart. We use a small number of analytics cookies to count page views in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in portable form, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@verolynlabs.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and is logged. We will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach is likely to result in a risk to their rights.
